Need a basic PHP webpage template with some content and a bit of SEO

If you know how to do up some basic php pages, html and website design and can put in some content with SEO , then this one will be easy for you. Here's what I need: 6 PHP pages in total (It's just 1 templated design, then each page is more or less a copy of each other.) 1) Template: must be professional, white background, should look nice. Please present 3 different SIMPLE / PROFESSIONAL designs to choose from (light blue/dark blue colour scheme). 2) Structure: PHP / HTML. Each page shall reference a [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] so that changes can be made later on without having to update all the pages 3) Emphasis on speed - images should be small in size (compressed) and no flash animation. 4) Header Banner will allow some div elements (such as a button to contact, some text, some pictures). 5) Menu items will be simple but have the drop down function for sub menu items when hovered on. 6) Hyperlinks in blue (unvisited), purple (visited) 7) H1, H2 tags etcs shall be a bit bigger than the content font and bold. 8) All content is black arial/verdana font on white background 9) Should have a side bar for a small contact form 10) Should have the technology to support a live agent box at the bottom (for online live help) but is not required initially. Content 11) Each page shall have the METAs filled in (TITLE, DESC, KEYWORDS) 12) S.E. optimized content. Not too spammy and non duplicate. Don't need that much content, just enough to fill it in. 13) Pages names: TBD after worker chosen. 1 will be home, 1 will be contact us (in which there will be a php email contact form. ** Good luck! ** Bidders who present 3 designs right away (have to follow the above design scheme - they can just be JPGs of the template if you want) will have preferential standing. ** Any designs that fall outside of the above framework, will not be considered.
