Need to edit code to send SMS with twillio to a customer

I have never worked on twillio. But like you want to send SMS to a passenger. I can do look into the code and do. I have PHP, MYSQL, AJAX, JS, JQUERY experience. I will probabley do it in 1-2 hours. Thanks.
