The users should be able to stream, have their stream recorded at the same time. The stream should post to a user's timeline/page, whichever they choose and stream live (slight delay ok). When the livestream starts, it should send a notification to all followers of user, which directs them to the post. Once the stream is complete, the recorded copy should post in the same status as permanent recording. Should react just like facebook. Should use rtmp protocl with nginx.
