Node.js Developer with knowledge of ethereum blockchain

Need a Node.js Developer who can develop the complete system to detect deposits and send withdrawals from erc20 token. I have a erc20 token and almost 20% of tokens are stored in my one wallet address. I want to accept this as a payment method in my website. I need simple code to detect the deposits made by users and do withdrawals automatically to the users address when they request. Main scenario is this (for example): Website has a table named "users" it has following columns (username,password,balance,withdrawaddress) When user open the deposit page a random address should be generated when user sends any amount of my erc20 token to that address system should detect the deposit and after transaction is confirmed it should add that amount to the balance of that user. forexample if users sends 1000 erc20 tokens to that address then after confirmation system should add 1000 to user's current balance. When user go on withdrawal page it should transfer the same amount (that was stored in database in balance column) of erc20 token from master address (my address) to his withdrawal address .
