We are looking for an individual that can repair, upgrade and maintain a PHP7 database-driven travel guide, the Travel Guide operates similar to a shopping website. Moving existing code, initially, into mobile functionality with our designer, and adding a user password system, are actively being sourced now, and the addition of a shopping cart, and content upload system, as well as a full re-write of the code, will be projects that follow. We are a Central Florida, USA based, organization and if possible we prefer a local Central Florida coder or organization to work with. Alternate coding language may be acceptable, if you prefer to recreate our needed functionality, but that approach must be at comparable cost. We will Not use a prebuilt Content Management System, Joomla, WordPress, etc, as the complexity of our system requires a custom back end and our code has proven too much for these types of programs in the past.
