OSClass based IOS and Android application for classified adds

I want to create IOS and Android application for classified adds based on an existing OSClass platform. The app should be native and not web-app. The app should have all OSClass capabilities plus the following: - SLL security. - Social Media login (facebook, twitter, google and instagram). - Ability to automatically recognize the location and shows adds around this location (after location access been granted by user) or ask the user to enter the location at the welcome page. - In-app instant chat between the post owner and the user. - photo based post listing (the listing starts with asking the user to take a picture of the item) app referance: letgo and offerup -
