I need PHP code to have a frame (PNG) overlayed on a JPEG image and the image saved to the specifed location. The output image must always be the size of the frame and the JPEG image underneath must always be centered both horizontally and vertically. If the JPEG image is too small (width or height), it must be upscaled to be at least the height and width of the frame (keeping its aspect ratio). The code must be done in PHP with imagick or gd. Images (sample) and frame (sample) are attached. As well as result_ images on how it should look.
