Hello First of all PayPal doesn't provide customers credit card information via api. Do you have the website ready and paypal integrated. If not I suggest you to have paypal expresschekout api implemented. What we will do is to store customer purchase and the redirect them to paypal for payment on successful payment we will list all those customer so that you can ship product and see transaction detail without logging to paypal via api. Please do share your website URL. I will change the bid amount on seeing the full requirement.
