I need an online contract agreement done. A user will read the contract online like when you read software agreements. There will be I agree or not agree check boxes. The visitor put his name, email, address, phone, and date. When he submits, he will get a page where the contract, his name, address, email, phone, and date will be shown that he could print out. Also, that same page would be turn into pdf and sent to my email.
