Hello
I have a script that allows you to enter a website name and some key words and then shows you what position the website is in for those keywords for the top three search engines - Google, Yahoo, and MSN.
The script is here:
For a while now, the results for MSN have not been showing up. I know that MSN does not give you results for the number of back links a website has, but it at least used to give the results to show what position a website is in for particular keywords.
Now, I just tested the script again and the results for Google are not showing up.
I also need the "check all" box to work on the script.
Also, apparently the script doesn't work as well as it should because when I enter in "eBay.com" as the domain and "eBay" as the search key word, it shows that eBay is it not in the top 100 listings. That definitely is not right. This script does work for other domains and keywords however.
So, the "check all" feature needs to be fixed, the results for Google and msn need to show up rather than just showing a "0" (unless of course that website is not in the top 100 results for that keyword), and whatever the problem is that causes eBay not be shown in the top 100 results for the keyword "eBay" needs to be identified and fixed.
I'm guessing that the Google problem is just temporary, it seems that this script goes through phases where it worked better than at other times.
I'm hoping this can all be fixed for under $50.
Thanks
