Simple WordPress Landing Page Plugin -- ..

Hi all developers, I would like a simple WordPress plugin that builds Landing Pages which can use any video and/or image as its background and in foreground in a separate page. I would like this plugin to emulate a similar software already being used. However, I do not want any of this software code being copied. I need it to look different from the original as much as possible but to behave the same and carry out the same and more features. I can show the original software working if required to the person awarded the job. I believe this is a fairly simple project, however, please only bid if you have experience writing WordPress plugins. I would like this job to go quickly and smoothly.
