Student Registration

I required simple student registration module using Codeigniter framework with responsive UI/UX form. This is the job of max two days. If you are available then don't provide me urls simply show me any form submission work & let me know how soon you can deliver? Give you confirmation I has to freeze this by today. User Registration Section: Step1: Screen will appear with the Applicant Registration Link, Login & Forgot Registration number or password. Step2: Once click on Applicant Registration, registration form with required fields will appear as per registration_form.doc. On successful submission of Registration form system will auto generate random password against login-id(mobile no/Registration no). Step3: After registration a form will open to submit three scan documents of applicant (Photo, Applicant Signature & Adhar card). Step4: After successful submission of registration fee(PayUMoney), student are provided with a link to download their admit card([login to view URL]) with registration number that can also be use as login-id similar to mobile. Step5: Applicant has right to edit information. But not allowed once payment submitted & admit card generated. Functionality required for admin panel 1) Admin can login and view all registered students with column filters and download the list in excel. 2) Admin may print the admit card of particular selected student or all students at any time as per the admit card format attached. 3) Admin may print the registration form of particular selected student or all students at any time in one print command. Registration form format is as attached.
