Two different websites from Wordpress Theme

TWO SEPARATE WEBSITES WITH ONE SIMILAR TEMPLATE Starting from the WP Rentals theme ([login to view URL]) it would be necessary to create a multiproperty and multilanguage website (like the airb... one or similars) where is possible to list a property and receive bookings (we will see together the payment gateway if through stripe or similar). Also it would be interfaced with ical and all the features already stated in the theme about dynamic price change and occupancy options. The hosts will pay a % commission on the bookings to be in the site or they will pay only for some services, by %, fixed rate or on demand (as for cleaning services, etc...). Guests/Travellers can search for a property for their travel and have the search on the map (as already permitted by the theme). The superadmin can modify the profiles, receive assistance tickets from both hosts and guests etc... Using a different layout of the same theme, also to create a different website for the rental of working spaces or spaces for events, so more for hourly, daily, weekly or monthly reservations. Both the solutions will then be implemented with a strong defense for the site and, if possible a double step login for any new device's login and an email confirmation for every registration. The order and the quote can be done for one site only or for both (but please specify for it). Both the sites also will have to be SEO friendly, responsive and fast (GTMetrix and similar checks will be done). A fast loading landing page for each website might be required also.
