User Contributed News / Profile Script

I would like a user contributed news script similar to shoutwire.com. This must be intergrated with a myspace style profile site allowing users to fully customise their profile easily using CSS2 and select which sections will be visible on the profile. Furthermore links to the last 10 news stories submitted by the user must be visible on their profile. I intend to intergrate this with phpbb3 upon it's release so any steps taken to aid this intergration would also be appreciated. I'm not paticularly bothered about the programmer creating a pretty layout for this since I will be taking control of the visual aspects after the script has been created.
