vBulletin Modules and Core modification needed

Hi . i want to modify my vBulletin forum . 1- i want to upgrade 4.2.2 to 4.2.3 (i have new version also ) 2- There is some bugs into DB (i removed Blog and CMS tables from db ) need to fix them 3- once its upgraded i need to remove CMS / Blog from vBulletin core . (so i will not see this shit again ) Module Update 1- vbSeo i have an old module need to upgrade it (site map submission + other things for recent google Panda Update ) 2- Module for Escrow System (between buy and seller , admin will be 3rd party ) 3- Automated advertisment system (buyer can pay and upload there advertisment ) There is no more work if anything found by developer for imporvment you should tell me
