I want a php developer to use google cloud print service to print orders on a thermal printer when a payment is paid

i want to build a restaurant ordering system with wordpress-woocommerce. I want to check if the client actually paid with their paypal account : this plugin ([login to view URL]). Then using cloud print service of google, an invoice with the order should be automatically and immediately printed to the restaurant owner cloud ready printer OR thermal printer(1 restaurant). I do not want a plugin just a simple php file that can do that. Note that there is a google cloud print plugin on wordpress for developers. Note that the restaurant owner has no ideas about PCs so the script has to do every print function accurate and automatically when the clients pay from the website.
