Web AND mobile developer needed to customize existing script/site

I am looking for a potentially ongoing developer to work on a few projects. Starting with this one: I need an existing site/script customized for my needs. I'm looking to add a directory/location structure to it along with: Here's the main list of what I need done: USER PROFILE TYPES and PERMISSIONS 2 different profile types. Each with different permissions, profile styles/fields and a key features. Such as post types and where posts display in site. LOCATIONS and CATEGORIES Add location directory structure and displaying for both "pro" profiles and “shots”. Sort locations in Craigslist like fashion / domain and subdomain location [login to view URL] Categories are used to filter out post types from all user types. example: [login to view URL] (displays deals tagged/categorized with “food” category, within the “deals” (BUSINESS users posts) in the “new york” location of site. SITE SECTIONS and FLOW Users first selects a pre made location. Location acts as the master category. With below sections specific to selected location. Site will be sectioned into 4 different areas “Discover” - Displays the posts of BASIC users. “Deals” - Displays the posts of BUSINESS users. These results can be filtered by category type ( hotel, restaurants, etc) “Places” - Displays list of BUSINESS user profiles. (Much like browsing “designers” currently). These results can be filtered by category type ( hotel, restaurants, etc) “SPECIALS” - Displays the posts of BRAND users. All posts are displayed together on main page of “location” selected. Filtered depending on sections choice. MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES Premium membership subscriptions are required for one type of profile. Memberships tier in price depending on the number of posts (limited) that the profile desires, number of locations, usage of “ads” and the number/type of categories set for profile type. Along with a few VERY basic permission changes and UI style design changes (CSS). US Developers take priority. Show me if you've done work that is similar. I will checks it the site owner to verify.
