We require a customized web application (on our dedicated Linux server), to manage a large library of photos and customers. This web-app should work in conjunction with WordPress and WooCommerce plugin. General Requirements: • Main language is Persian(Farsi) therefore RTL styling should be considered. The tool can be written in English with the option of changing language later by us by providing .mo .po files in Persian or any other language (LTR languages should change again the styling to LTR). • Full Unicode UTF-8 compatibility for all database fields • Overall modern, pleasant, simple and smooth UI and UX • Software consists of two environments after login: Admins and Customers Requirments for Admin environment: • Create/edit/delete customers and option to import from wordpress database of users • Create/manage individual “events” • Batch upload hi-res photos to every event with no limitation. Photos have “custom info fields” (rating, favorite, caption, etc) • Assigning multiple customers to an event (all photos) – to view and enter custom info fields Assigning multiple customers to individual photos in an event - to view and enter custom info fields • Enable/disable “custom info fields” option for all photos in an event • View photos (thumbnails) of each event in a tabular layout with all info fields values • Get a textual report of each event (CSV including image ids and info fields values) • General settings (language, header logo, etc.) Requirments for Customers environment: • Choose assigned events and view related photos as thumbnails. • View photos at larger size(not hi-res) upon click • Mark as favorite/rate/select/enter caption for individual photos • Share selected photo in social network/email as a picture • Transfer hi-res version of selected photos to WooCommerce shop as product to download
