· We have written a VB Macro for use in Visio. · The client places items throughout a floor plan in Visio. · The client can then output a HTML file (saved to their desktop on their PC) which is a quote. TheThe quote is proceswsed from data that comes from the clients accountant / CRM software, Exanet. Unsure if this pulls directly or from another staging table. · Client needs to change the HTML quote output as per follows o Group items for electrical items like switches rather than list one by one PRIORITY 1 o Can we group by room for both the quote and for allowing a bulk change by room to things like light switches. If we cant bulk update items (by room) this point is no longer valid PRIORITY 2 o Add terms and conditions to the footer of the HTML output (client will provide, just text) PRIORITY 1 o Add client details to top of quote PRIORITY 1 o Generate a print friendly PDF, currently can print HTML that is generated to users desktop but does not convert nicely to PDF (parts of tables shadings don’t convert for example) PRIORITY 1 o Builders have different margins for all items. We need to be able to select the builder to change the output of the HTML, but cannot show the margin amount on screen just select a code that will correspond to the margin / builder PRIORITY 2 o Images, can we have an image output for each item on the quote PRIORITY 3
