Write some Software

I want a program that reads the screen of a web browser in computer A and saves it in the pen drive (drive D:). There will be an eletronic device that I will build (software programer does not need to worry about it) that will make this pen drive to alternate every tenth of a second its connections to computer A and B and vice versa. When is connected in computer A the program in computer A will save the screen of the web browser on the pen drive as a bitmap file. When it gets connected to computer B I have already a bat file that gets this bitmap file (.bmp) and copies it from the pendrive into the C drive of the computer B in a subdirectory called C:\transfer Computer B will have another program that will read this bitmap image on the c:\transfer subdirectory and shows it in a window in computer B. The user in computer B will navigate on this screen as if he is navigating in a web browser. As such, if the user in computer B move the mouse or click the mouse or digit any text on the keyboard in any input field or dialog field these commands will be saved in a file in the pen drive and when the pendrive is swhicted back to computer A the program in computer A will read this data file and move the mouse or assume the keyboard entries as the commands to control the internet browser in computer A in a first version, the web browser in computer A could be in full screen mode...and have a fixed dimension and positionining the same aplies for the window in computer B that will show this screen.. they will have both a fixed position and size and will be the same position and size in both computers both computers will have the same resolution type of monitors the program needs to verify also if the pendrive is connected to which computer. An idea to do that, I am not sure this works, is to have a loop that makes the program in computer A and B trying to access the pendrive. If there is an error in reading in means that the pendrive is connected to the other computer and thus the computer do nothing until there is no error message in trying to access the pendrive.
