Run a simulation

The instructions for the project are enclosed. Before each run of iterations, I would like to be able to modify the variable values in step #0 and/or the adjustment rules in step #4. After the program is finished and paid for, depending on the program's results, I will probably ask for other versions that involve slight changes in order to make the program run faster or see results if the program is done in a slightly different way. Hopefully, we can agree on a payment for those changes. Please let me know if there is anything unclear or if you have any questions. Thank you.
