Hi, this seems like an interesting challenge. How does it work? every participant has an specific sheet, or there are more than one participant per sheet, being the case each participant has specific rows? You can see through my previous works feedbacks that lot of them are Excel VBA or Windows App that control Excel Files Thanks, Felice

I would propose two routes. 1) Create a form which inserts lines on an intended sheet, which would remain locked. 2) we could lock lines with text, I once the data entry is complete. Thanks for your consideration.
