We have **two browser-based applications** which need to be designed.
The design should be based on a similar base, since both these applications are products of a single product-suite.
Both applications are currently developed using **ASP.Net, AJAX, HTML, CSS**, JScript. We currently discuss the option of adding a technology which may allow us to add dynamic graphics to the system, like WPF, but we did not yet decide whether to go ahead with this or not.
**Design should include static elements:**
1. A graphical design of the name of each application, as banner or header, etc'
2. Background graphics for main screen and other screens
3. Icon sets for tabs, buttons, messages, etc'
4. Graphics of controls, menus, tabs, pages, buttons, pop-up screens, etc'.
5. Full CSS
**Graphics should include multi-state elements of each design:** enabled/disabled states, selected/unselected states, in-focus/out-of-focus states
design shall also include **visual cues for common data-entry applications**, such as for a state of editing, a state of hovering over a menu item, etc'
**Design MAY also include dynamic elements:**
1. Transitions of elements for hover action
2. Transitions of elements for select/unselect actions
3. etc'
The price for this option should be stated SEPARATELY, and include a description of what is needed from our development team to implement the concept.
Design must be recent/modern, business-looking with IT orientation, super-informative and easy to use.
Subcontractor will be provided with application screens mockups, and the company logo design.
Deliverables should be ready for integration by the development team. Deliverables must also include layered graphics, vector-based, including separate elements.
See important notes below!!

---------------------------- Important Notes !! --------------------------------
* In order for your bid to be considered, you MUST provide at least three sets of screen-shots displaying designs you have created for web-based applications in the past. Preferably, links and/or credentials (guest user-name and password) should be provided for us to examine these samples in full (including dynamic behavior). In case a company is bidding, samples should be provided of the actual designer designated to perform the job, and not of anyone else!
* We prefer talented freelancers, rather than companies
* If you had never designed an application-graphics before (web-sites are not considered applications, unless they have an admin-section or similar) - DO NOT BID!
* If you had never designed complicated CSS or other web-oriented graphics - DO NOT BID!
* We expect you to guide us through the process because we are not very experienced with integrating graphics into browser-based applications. Please include adequate explanations/background in your bid.
* We plan to launch many more products in the near future, and we are looking for an in-house, long-term, designer which we will approach each time we need any graphic design.
