We have got a system which was developed in Visual Basic which we are in the process of converting to Python. To start with, we would like to evaluate compatibility and synergy. As such, we have identified approximately 5 programs for this purpose. Project Description: ▪ Minimum 5 years Python/Django experience in a commercial environment. ▪ Minimum 2 years PostgreSQL (or similar) experience in a commercial environment. ▪ Minimum 2 years jQuery and VueJS (or similar) experience in a commercial environment. ▪ Initially, successful candidate will have to deliver 5 programs for us to assess capabilities and competencies. ▪ Program specifications will be provided. ▪ Short-listed candidate will review program specifications (to be provided) and quote accordingly. ▪ Once we develop a good working relationship, full suite of program specifications will be provided for further development. Required Skills: 1. Front-end: (Jinja2, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript (Libraries: jQuery, ParsleyJS, Datatables, Gijgo Grid), VueJS, Bootstrap 4) 2. Back-end: (Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, API Development) 3. Database: (PostgreSQL) 4. Deployment: (Ubuntu 16.04 (Xenial), Let’s Encrypt (TLS), Docker)
