I need a way to export a "123 Pet Software" backup file into Excel/Google Sheets

I have made a 123petsoftware account and looked at the backup file. The one it gave me was XML and had several lists in it. I can make a desktop app where you load a file like it gave me, and it will output either an Excel file for each list, or a single Excel file with a sheet for each list. I have been developing software for 15 years, but this is my first freelancer.

From what the support told you, it seems the backup file you have is an SQL server backup file. this has to be restored to an SQL database and then the tables have to be queried using SQL queries to get the required data. Either you might need to share the file or need to work on your machine on team viewer, where an SQL Server instance is installed. Thanks Roni
