I can conduct SEM using R Studio, however I have experienced of conducting Structure Equation Modeling using various softwares, most popular of them include R, Smart PLS, Amos, Lisrel, Stata etc. I understand mediator, construct, indicator/item, loading, 2nd order factor, improving model by deleting items etc. We can have discussion on it before you award me project. In order to test your model, you must have data file and as you mentioned it consist of two groups and I believe you are looking for group wise analysis.
