Python Interface for existing script

This project goal is to create a Python interface for a Python script already produced. What I need is an python-written interface that will be as similar as possible to the one described in the mockups in attach. The interface will run on windows machines only. Code/project requirements: 1. Use Python 3.4 2. For the database part, in the details you find as well the SQLite database 3. The code must be well written (naming convention, indent) and commented. 4. All source code must be provided, so I can make changes/improvements in the future 5. Errors management must be implemented (especially in the carpet edit window where someone could put characters instead of numbers and so on…) 6. You are required to join video calls on Skype so we can chat, I can explain everything in details and check the status of the project. For the "Add ticker" and "Edit history" buttons for now just create placeholder windows, those functions will be implemented later.
