CNC 3D Foam Engineer with PowerMill, Kuka robot is a plus( the US Based Only)

The Position(for the US Based Only): We’re looking for a CNC professional well versed in cutting complex 3D foam surfaces using PowerMill and Kuka 5 + 2 axis robots. Project: This is an exciting project for a major theme park creating a 20-foot tall animatronic figure. The figure is first created as a detailed foam sculpture built up in sections cut by the Kuka. The foam sculpture incorporates mechanical design aspects that support subsequent steps in the creation of this dynamic moving figure that will be experienced by millions of people. The Position: We’re looking for a CNC professional well versed in cutting complex 3D foam surfaces using PowerMill and Kuka 5 axis robots. Requirements: Experience cutting complex 3D foam surfaces PowerMill Software 3+ years CNC machining experience 5+ years CAD, SolidWorks (is a plus) ZBrush and/or Rhino to PowerMill Experience (is a plus) Hands-on experience with industrial KUKA Robot set up and operation (is a plus) Responsibilities: Full ownership of our new KUKA robot including programming, setup, & operation Work with our art, model, and engineering teams to plan & execute part creation, and to ensure the finished product meets the client’s expectations
