Create a 3D model on Blender or Unity

Hello, I am looking for a professional to help me create a simple 3D cartoon face with upper body. This 3D cartoon will be animated with my tracking algorithm. I just need the 3D model that can be designed on Blender or Unity. Please read requirements below before sending your offer. Thanks. LIST OF REQUIREMENTS 1. Texture file I need at least 2 texture files of diffuse (color) type. The texture doesn't need to look like real human flesh. More like TV cartoon texture. - One should be UV mapped with the neutral and expression models. - The other texture should be UV mapped with the body model. - Texture should be in .jpg or .png format. 2. Models I need the following model a. 1 Neutral Face Model of a Cartoon from face till neck. b. Few expression Models: i need the following face expressions in separate files: smile (left/right), left and right eyebrow up and down, mouth open (little bit and wide open), right/left eye closed c. The format of the files should be in .obj format. d. Each and every model file (.obj) including neutral model should have only one object geometry in them i.e no parent relation & no vertex groups in same file. e. The translation, rotation and scaling values of each expression model should be same as in the neutral model. The 3D origin should be the same for all models. f. Any vertex, edge or face should not be added or deleted and they should remain the same in all the neutral and expression models. I will send you more details via chat. Thanks for your offer.
