Create a script to render an STL file using Blender (or equivalent) or Python

Hi, thank you for considering my project. Create a script to render an an image of a cookie cutter. The final render should look like this: [login to view URL] The input to the script will be a 3D STL file of the cutter and 2 2D DXF (or svg) files of the cutout. One of the 2D cutouts will be the outer cutter and the other will be the inner imprint. The script then render the three parts shown in the sample, on a background. The three parts are (refer to the sample image - [login to view URL]): 1) The top left is the STL. 2) The bottom left is a cutout of fondant using the 2D vector file. 3) The bottom right is an imprint in fondant using the 2D vector file. Attached to the project are the STL and DXF/SVG file for the sample render image above. This cutter has has only an outer (cutter blade) DXF. The files are: BadgeOfLibertyBars 3.5W [login to view URL] -- The STL of the cookie cutter to render [login to view URL] -- The 2D vector file for the cutout [login to view URL] -- The 2D vector file in SVG format [login to view URL] --The raster image that was used to make the files above, you shouldn't need this. Also attached is a sample of a cutout that has both an inner (imprint) DXF and an outer (cutter blade) DXF. It should look realistic, maybe shadows or reflections would help. The script can either just be command line options to Blender or another free rendering application. If any coding is required it should use python. It should be automatable so I can pass the files in without user intervention.
