Hello freelancer, I need a photorealistic architecture design perspective rendering as per following scope of work. 1. To produce a photorealistic external perspectives rendering using 3d Max. 2. Basic building model will be provided in 3D Max model. 3. Existing model, material and finishes will be provided, you need to apply to the model. 4. Delivery will be in several stages, example; 1. Angle selection and confirmation (low res), 2. First draft (mid res), 3. 2nd draft (hi res) and 4. Final rendering (hi res). 5. Please expect some design changes during the modelling and rendering process. Most of the time I will send you the updated model, but sometime I will ask you to revise the model. 6. Payment milestone will be in several stages depending on the complexity of the project, example: first draft, 2nd draft and final delivery. 7. Delivery of project: a) Jpeg format 5000x3400 dpi and b) 3dMax model complete with the materials c) Image pre-production before any touch-up with photoshop. 8. Deadline: 8th November 2017. 9.
