4000 word reports needed Urgently

I need three projects done for me before 12 Noon Monday CST and so will be looking to hire three different providers. The projects are all 10 pages long, (4000 words) and are on business (real estate and insurance) and internet marketing topics. Preference will be given to providers who can show via their samples that they have experience in these areas. In your proposal please let me know your relevant experience, whether or not you are a native English speaker (the reports must be written in US English) and if you are honestly able to finish a project of 4000 words in length before Monday. There will be no extensions on the deadlines available so if I don't get the report before the time noted above, you will not get paid - no extension, no exceptions. The reports must be 100% original content - anything less will not be paid for and I will check before payment is made to you. Payment is via paypal or Western Union only after the project is completed. The budget for each of these reports is $70 each - please do not bother submitting bids for anything higher as they will be ignored. Any bid not placed through the proper bid process will be ignored. Any bids that are provided without samples will be ignored. Please just bid for the one report as I don't expect anybody to complete all three in the deadline I have set. Please don't just submit a canned response that clearly shows you have not read the requirements properly as that would be a wasted bid also. Please include the word sunshine in your proposal so that I know you have at least read this far. I am trying to make this process as easy as possible for all of us :) I will contacting and selecting writers as soon as one turns up that meets the requirements above; the first three bids that meet the above requirements will be awarded the work, so get your bids and samples in quickly.
