Community Facility / Virtual Assistant

Hi... We're a real estate and investment training company. As part of training people get access to a private forum for help and support (over 100 members). The forum is around investing in real estate, starting and growing businesses and self development in general. To enter the forum, members have to have gone through some in person training with our company, so everyone is pretty warm, and the community is already a great place to "hang out". We're looking for someone to be a "community facilitator" with the purpose being to keep the community active and engaging. This person's goal is to build the value inside the community. As Community Facility you will be required to - Welcome new members in / helping them find their way around the forum. - Activating old members who have gone quiet. - inspiring 150 clients not on the community to join. - Stimulating conversation by finding topics to talk about in the forums. - Scheduling monthly follow up calls. - Providing support for members who have an upgraded level of service - Finding speakers (from within the community for monthly teleconferences). - Add people into the forum after live courses - Come up with ideas about making our community better! You will have a high level of engagement with the members of the community and will need to be personable and fun (a sense of humor is not optional). Good English is, of course, a given. There is an element here of administration (process stuff), but there also a lot of creativity required... so you need to have a good head on your shoulders (more than half a brain will help too). If you have any experience in real estate that's a bonus, but not required. We're not expecting you to answer real estate queries. Technical wise, any experience with Ontraport and XenForo is also a bonus, but not required. You'll get all the training required. This is a great opportunity to learn a lot, help people connect and develop, and facilitate some great conversations. (I'm pretty sure you'll be inspired too). This isn't a full time role, and should only be a couple of hours a day, so it would suit a stay at home mum, or someone looking for part time work. Working hours are flexible.
