Hi, I plan to create a robot unit wiht 2x Epson Scara robots.
I am looking for support to create the workflow below.
Job: create the code including simulation with the Software: RC+
Workflow
1 Light sensor detects 1,2,3,4 or 5 trays
2 Input 1: "Start" gets pressed from the user
3 Gripper catches lock 1. Altitude based at the light sensors
4 Gripper moves to Input 2: inductive sensor
5 If inductive=0: turn 90° until inductive=1
6 If turned=90 or 270, put back the lock, turn 90 and catch again
7 Gripper places the lock at the workstation and move to the position Card
8 Gripper moves to the card position and is waiting
9 Screwer catch screw 1 to 3 and screws them in the lock
10 Screwer moves the lock 60 mm into the gripper direction
11 Screwer push down the lever at the top of the worksstation
12 Screwer is waiting at the 74-Lever position
13 Output1 active for 1 second: PicKit stats to program the lock
14 7 seconds delay >Start position 3 to position 10 with the next lock
15 Output 2,3,4 active: Changes into power supply mode
16 Input 2 analog measures the tension. If tension < 1V - go ahead *optional
17 Gripper moves the card in front of the lock
18 Delay 3 seconds
19 Screwer pushes down the 74-Lever and moves to the screws
20 Input 3: capacitive sensor Wait unitl Input is LOW
21 If it takes more than 1 second - alarm and wait for manual help
22 Gripper places again the card at the lock
23 Input 3: capacitive sensor Wait unitl Input is HIGH
23 If it takes more than 1 second - alarm and wait for manual help
24 Lock gets moved from the next lock
25 Gripper move the lock to the empty tray
