Fix Ruby on Rails

Check attachment. Need an expert with ruby on rails to fix issues. Basically at the bottom of the page there is a list of brands that need to be moved to the sidebar on that page as well as all the automotive brand pages. Also need a function where someone can add a new automotive brand and it will be on the new pages sidebar as well. The brand names need to be changed to their logo as well. I'm (attaching) screenshots of the page for reference.
