PR & Marketing Strategy Development

I currently have a commercial scale coffee roasting business which delivers product to large wholesale customers. I wish to put in place a PR & Marketing Strategy to enhance awareness for this company - both nationally in Australia and internationally. The objective is to create leads from coffee franchises/retail chains currently having their product supplied by outside companies, and to develop other markets such as a Brand direct to cafes along with a brand direct to supermarkets & homes (could be one and the same). I have IT personnel on hand to develop any aspect of internet business, however we all lack the marketing/sales polish to drive up the sales from this medium. The company website/profile has been sporadically maintained, and we have achieved less than adequate satisfaction from all the effort and resources we have put into it. The key features which may assist are: - 1. I have well established credentials which have not been marketed or exploited fully - best in the market. 2. I have a track record of assisting chains to grow sales immediately and rapidly - the coffee roasting business simply supplies the product quality to assist in this. 3. Any pitch would have to fall into the 'Bentley' or 'Rolls Royce' category in terms of image. Polish, sophistication, style, taste, education are key elements you will have to demonstrate an understanding of. I hope this helps
