I, Dr. K.V. Subramanian am a graduate in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. (Fellow) in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. I have over 30 years of experience in Engineering, IT & Management Consultancy, management education, and four years in engineering Industry. My experience in Management Consultancy focused on financial feasibilities and analysis, infrastructure, development programmes, energy, water, PPP. I was the program manager for major consulting assignments on organizational transformation as well as a Government Online Centre project for the Government of Mauritius. I have handled training programs on systems approach to management, managing fixed price consulting and IT assignments in government sector, and conflict management, consulting practice, energy management, project management. I pursue my own free lance and formal consultancy, corporate and short term management training, academic support to MBAs in US, UK universities, research / thesis proposals through my organization, Prime Consulting Group, www.primeconsultinggroup.net.
