We are in the Security system business, providing installation, upgrades and maintenance for the following services:
• CCTV
• Intruder Alarm
• Intercom
• Access control
You will call-up the list provided to find the decision makers that are interested in Having a brand-new system Installed, or to upgrade the existing ones.
If the decision maker is interested, you will then collect the initial service requirements (Information will be provided). And update the database with: Email Address, Mobile phone, and book the appointment for the site survey).
Before you Bid. Please provide a sample of your work (voice recording).
Answer the following?
1. Have you ever worked on similar projects, setting-up appointments for construction companies, electrical, home alarm or similar service provider companies? If so please tell me what have you achieved and the duration of the project.
2. What do you think you could achieve in a day of work? Based on your experience and in our service offerings?
3. What Telemarketing technologies are you familiar with using?
4. How many calls per day could you make on average?
5. Tell us more about your sales experience
Scripting:
We will provide you with the script, however you may be able to adjust it according to your need.
Data:
You will have access to the CRM where the calling list is allocated to you. You will have to update the prospects accordingly.
Dialler:
All calls will be made from the CRM where you have the click to dial feature.
Commitment:
It's an ongoing project, where a full-time position will be considered for the right candidates.
Work and Payment (Per Agent).
Week 1/Training – Commission Only.
1 to 3 Appointment, Pay $8 Per appointment.
4+ Appointments = $40 for the shift(6 hours) + Incentive.
Week 2. Hourly Based.
Rate to be discussed after reviewing the progress of the week1.
Week 3. Hourly + Commission.
Rate to be discussed after reviewing the progress of week2.
