Need to build MACRO in SAP APO planing book

Dear, Need to build MACRO in SAP APO planing book to transfer a quantity from one sales office to another sales office within same key figure and planning book . lets say ex ; Case 1; sales office 2000 customer A Product X key figure -available allocation 0 TO sales order - 500 shortage quantity - 500 ( because no allocation available) sales office 2100 customer B Product X ( same product as above) Key figure - available allocation 1500 sales order - 500 available quantity - 1000 after sales order consumption of allocation hence allocation quantity 500 can be transferred to another sales office 2100 and customer A. left over quantity after transfer is 500 , \ need to build a macro to transfer required quantity to another customer and calculate left quantiy at source location , Please suggest on this macro Thanks Vijay
