124564 Need help installing files

I have some files on my computer that are for an adult paysite website. I need someone to help me get this going. here are some of the files I have to give you an example of what you will need to know to help. (these are the file names on my harddrive) - php script - .cgi files - microsoft office excel comma separated values file - text document files - HTML document files - image files - HTACCESS files If you can help please let me know. Also I need to know how long you think it might take to do these and get the site up and running and how much you will charge to do this. Thanks for taking the time to read and reply to me, Mike
