162381 Virtuemart Shipping Option

We are looking for someone to finish off where previous programmer left off. This is a Joomla based site using Virtuemart. The goal of this project is to enable a shipping feature that allowed the administrator the ability to add a shipping cost per individual product and have this cost reflect in the total cost upon checkout of the customer. This feature should be manageable, meaning able to turn it on and off based on necessity in some way or form. Also, the shipping cost will need to be visible to the customer in the product's description located underneath the product's price. I would like to have this project completed in this final attempt with or without the use of the previous programmer's modifications. Please ask questions if unsure of the goal of this project before taking on the task.
