289515 install dimdim on Amazon AWS

{repost} I want to install DimDim ([login to view URL]) on the Amazon AWS account that I just set up. The completed project will be a working installation of DimDim and also a complete set of instructions of all the steps required in the installation (in case I need to go back and refer to it when trying to fix something). The instructions should include both text and screen shots. Video screencast is optional. The DimDim software is packaged into a single VMWare Virtual Appliance, so that should expedite the setup.
