Windows Lock Program and Web browser control 2(repost)

Simply what I want is user friendly, easy to instal and use win lock program. Below are the functional requirement for this program : * Block Installation of any programs without authorization * create a black list and white list for programs to be used * Block use of all programs except the white list "I have five programs that I will test the code for, I will provide a list of these programs later" * Create a black list and a white list for websites to be browsed * Block all websites except white list website in all main browser *main browsers include : IE + Firefox + Goolgle Chrome + Opera * Block access to drives in "my computer" * compatible with windows XP + Vista + Seven *create a key for installation that would be used only once upon installation, this is to prevent unauthorized re-sell of the program *Block use of flash drives unless authorized by the administrator * Auto Start with windows * have a master built-in password that would uninstall the program forcefully * worker must agree to submit the final deliverable during 20 days or they will forfeit the project
