Legal contract

We help distressed companies to turn around. Need to draft the following legal contract and incorporate the terms below: a Contract service for those corporate clients who cannot afford the fees but prepared to pay in kinds such as Give a percentage of the company's shares and future earnings (need to state clearly the conditions of company's shares in shareholder's equity so that there is no dilution in future, also for future earnings based on audited reports so that there will not be any discrepancy in the future b Standard service terms for consultancy and training services c write some disclaimer clauses in case the company goes bankrupt d. the terms and conditions in case the company gets acquired or acquire some other companies. We should be paid a commission for the Merger and Acquisition I will fill in the portion where the fees, dollars and cents are involved
