153559 SEO Content -(REOPENED)

We are a RealEstate search engine site , and as a part of our Internet marketing plan we need to produce original content about RealEstate. Our initial need is 62 articles with the following specifications: 1) All articles should be SEO oriented, written by a professional SEO copy writer. 2) Each article should target specific keyword or phrase, which we will supply on order. 3) The articles should be fully edited in the HTML form � H1, strong, bold, underlined, links (each article should have links to internal pages and/or to external pages). 4) The articles should have the keywords density needed in terms of SEO for each of keywords we will supply. 5) For the first step, we need an article for each state in the USA (52 articles) that have to be 300 words each, something that should be interesting about RealEstate issues for the specific state, and 10 general bigger articles , about 500 words each, each one should target a different main topic related to RealEstate/ Mortgage/ RealEstate Agents etc.. 6) The articles should be in good language (not like the "blogs language"), so that Google will appreciate them. 7) We Would like you to give us a Price Quote for this job , with one Article (from the 52) as an example for your work - we won't use this article unless we'll choose you for the job. 8) All parts of the article will be ORIGINAL , and not Copy/Pasted.! 9) every article will be approved by our SEO Consultant , before any payment. 10) As I've mentioned earlier this is our initial work , and if we'll get a good job with reasonable prices , we'll consider to order a lot more work in the future. + installation of Joomla + putting initial as initial content - the 62 articles (10 of them allready delivered) so remaining 250$ for the rest of the articles, and 100$ for Joomla set-up total - 350$
