143521 SEO - Search Engine links work

I have a pagerank 5 website. I need it optimised, though I will replace the content completely in future months, so you can edit the site completely as you wish, full access to what I have developed, few pages and a blog. So mainly need search engine optimisation work and also this would include getting quality links to the site, not spam stuff from casinos etc. that will get the site banned in google. Focusing on google mainly as they seem a decent stream of visitors, I need to aim to get on the 1st page or so for the terms "training videos", "adobe training" and maybe "Microsoft training", that's the aim to work towards. Deadline not really overly important.
