56521 Link Building For New Site

I need backlinks built for some new niche content websites in different markets. These are brand new sites with 0 PR. I will require the ability to see the URL the of the links. Site must be google PR sites( no grey sites) PR4 or higher is preferred. No more than 25 outgoing links per page where my link appears. Straight links, no redirects or not allowed by [login to view URL] 1 link / per site My link should stay in those sites. I don't want to see my link removed after the job is completed.
