Content for multiple sites

We have 10 home improvement websites that need content for all 50 U.S States, and 5 major cities for each state for a total of 300 pages per site. Over all we will need 3000 pages. Each page will be about a particular city or state, and whatever subject the giving site is about. For example we will need a page about "painting contractor" for the city "Chicago". Take a look at [login to view URL] for an example of what I am talking about notice at the bottom of the page links to more cities and how they have written about each city and the keyword "mortgage" and other certian keywords. I will supply you with all the cities and states you need to write for, and the keywords I need. It is absolutely imperative that all content be orginal, because I will personally review all 3000 pages word for word, and verify that the content is original. Believe it! I will deliver the work in parts and pay upon completion of each part. If I like your work I will supply you with a steady flow of business. I will give favor to bids that can promise a timely completion. Because of the volume of work I'll favor bids that discount the estimate, and I will keep you busy with work. I selected a budget of between $30-100 though I know that is COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. I just want to make sure people are reading everything I wrote. Just name your price.
