SEO work to boost website

Hi, I have a site and have been investing in googleadwords. This has worked very well but is costing me money which i would prefer to invest elsewhere. The traffic on my site is almost exclusively from googleadwords, and from return customers. I want to start getting customers from other sources, like the search engines. So I would like someone who can increase my alexa page rank, increase my google page rank, and boost my site to its real potential. I am willing to work with the winner to do some of the work on instructions from the expert. As i concider this to be an ongoing project, I expect to see some decent prices proposed, and we can work on this even on a monthly basis. My aim is to get on the first page of google for my keywords. Also, googleadwords will still be used, and i would also like to start using msn and yahoo ads and any other that can significantly boost traffic, and hence customers. So i would like the winning bidder to be bale to enhance my campaigns and have sound knowledge on the subject.
