Hello i am office 365 certified enginneer, This task for 5 emails doesnt need lot of money, i tell u the steps 1-prepare office 365 environment 2-prepare users and emails 3- switch mx records to office365 to avoid mailflow disconnection 4- export old mails to pst and import it using just outlook to office 365 Trust me this is the easiest safest way to do. Avoid using import tools as its waste of money and can corrupt folders

Hi Deborah, I work at a cloud computing company in Belgium and I do some freelance work on the side. -Migrating IMAP mailboxes to O365 is perfectly possible. -No need to assign licenses to shared mailboxes (as long as they don't go over the 50GB storage). This is because users can't login to the shared mailbox, they need a personal account (with a license) to access the shared mailbox. In order to synchronize all the IMAP mailboxes, you'll need to gather usernames and passwords for all the current mailbox users. Did you already setup the O365 tenant? And authorized the domain?
